By accessing or using YCMBNTR Cloud ("ycmbtr.cloud"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
YCMBNTR Cloud provides a managed hosting platform for deploying and managing personal AI agents. The service includes agent provisioning, real-time observability, and related tools.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Credits purchased through the platform are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charges you initiate. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious software, to interfere with the service's operation, or to violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of your data and agent configurations. YCMBNTR retains ownership of the platform, its code, branding, and documentation. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YCMBNTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
